Shipping Information for Domestic Orders

All orders  are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking
The tracking #  provided by the shipping carrier, will be sent to your email address.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight or volumertic weight of your purchases, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

Estimated Delivery time:

North Island delivery : 1-2 working days

South Island delivery : 2-4 working days

Rural delivery may take  extra 1-2 working days

We are not responsible for shipping company  delays in delivery of packages.

It may take up to 35 days to deliver your order.

We are not responsible for shipping company caused delays in delivery of packages.

Country Customs & Duties Fees

Shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from liveinstyle.co.nz, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to liveinstyle.co.nz. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. liveinstyle.co.nz has made every effort to minimize the shipping costs and does not profit from these rates.
