The duvet inner will arrive vacuum packed. Open the package and give it a good shake. It will become even more puffier with use.

The manufacturer recommends washing in a front-loading commercial washer on the gentle cycle, cold water.

ALL SEASONS 200 GSM FEATHER/DOWN DUVET INNER care instructions: Machine wash in a very large washing machine (20kg or over), cold water, gentle cycle or dry clean. Do not bleach do not tumble dry. Warm iron if required.
